When restoring failed systems to operational status, human ITOC operators attempt to analyze petabytes of data to identify and resolve failures in secure communication networks. This process is labor intensive, time consuming, and often imprecise.

The Solution

SliceUp's solution uses artificial intelligence to predict system outages before they occur, including by estimating the timing and criticality of potential failures in DoD technical infrastructure. As a result, SliceUp's solution is able to significantly reduce critical infrastructure downtime while simultaneously reducing the need for information technology (IT) personnel intervention.
