The Problem This Solution Solves
Analysts are increasingly overwhelmed by the amount of publicly and commercially available information (PAI/CAI) they must sift through to identify evidence of threat network activity. Faced with the need to modernize how they work, analysts are forced to choose between generic solutions that deliver little to no value, and solutions that only data scientists, machine learning (ML) engineers, and software engineers can implement and run. Meanwhile, threat networks continue to operate with impunity as evidence of their activity remains hidden within big datasets, forcing analysts to painstakingly and ineffectively review data by hand.
The Solution
Minsky allows analysts to create personalized ML agents that continuously scan large PAI/CAI datasets on their behalf. The platform identifies and extracts entities, actions, and flashpoints relevant to the analyst's area of responsibility, learning from each analyst in order to deliver answers that align with subject matter experts' understanding of threat network behavior, sidestepping the need for technical middlemen and radically reducing the flash to bang of data science. Minsky also operates in all DoD priority languages, ensuring DoD analysts can track threat networks globally.
