The Solution
GigEagle's AI-powered platform (gigeagle.mil) matches skilled service members from across DoD with short-term positions, or gigs, to solve tough problems with real-world impacts. The platform allows interested DoD Reservists and Guard members to build profiles that highlight their civilian expertise and find short-term work within the DoD, and relies on AI/ML methodologies to automatically match reservist profiles with open requirements posted by DoD organizations. In doing so, GigEagle aims to make finding and deploying suitable resources for skilled positions as frictionless as possible.
