Christopher Seto

Mr. Christopher Seto is a Contracting Officer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC-PHD) where he supports the command’s mission to integrate, test, evaluate, and provide life-cycle engineering and product support for the Navy’s surface fleet warfare systems. Christopher contributes to this mission by leading a team of contracting professionals to execute and administer contracts, as well as guide multi-disciplinary integrated product teams through the acquisition process as a contracts subject matter expert. Prior to becoming a Department of Defense civilian, Christopher worked in the commercial industry developing and manufacturing photonics and optical systems used for scientific research and industrial applications. Christopher received his professional certification in contracting from Defense Acquisition University, Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from University of California, Irvine and Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
