Laura Stella

Laura has been a civilian Air Force employee for nine years, with five years of that being in the contracting career field. She has two years of experience as an Unlimited Contracting Officer supporting the Global Hawk Republic of Korea (RoK) Foreign Military Sales program. In April of 2024 she awarded the first Global Hawk Collaborative Contractor Logistics Support Effort at a total cost of $387,545,690.00, which provided critical sustainment services for three international customers: RoK, Japan, and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Earlier this year she also completed Air War College Professional Military Education. She enjoys singing, playing the piano, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to participate in the DIU ICAP fellowship.
